Sales, planning, and operations jobs at our Minneapolis studio. Regular hours, building the company behind every event.
GoEntertainment, made the foundation.
Since 2010, we've studied what makes a room gasp, laugh, and talk about a night for years afterward. Most companies treat entertainment as the afterthought. We build the whole event around it. When the performance leads, everything else falls into place.
We're an award-winning, LGBTQ-owned company based in Minneapolis, certified by the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce. We've won Best Entertainment Production ten years running, with recognition that reaches the international stage.
We're outsiders at heart, and proud of it. We'd rather rewrite the formula than follow it. That's what keeps our people here, and what makes our shows feel like no one else's.
Where the magic happens.
Aerial, fire, water, light. Our artists turn a stage into a place people have never been.

A place to grow, with a crew that has your back.
We grow our people. New artists learn from seasoned ones. Crew members move up. The office team shapes where the company goes next. You earn your wings here, and we make sure the climb is worth it.
We look after each other. We take the work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. And we believe the people who make the magic deserve to feel a little of it too.
Come fly with us.
The people behind every standing ovation started with a single step. Take yours.
