Who Receives These Messages
Only active 1099 independent contractors (performers, event staff, set/strike crew, and on-site event leads) who have an active engagement with Enticing Entertainment. We do not send marketing SMS to the general public from this number.
How Recipients Opt In
Performers and staff opt in to SMS through a dedicated, standalone consent step the first time they sign in to the EE Crew app at https://crew.enticingentertainment.com. They are shown a single checkbox — separate from every other agreement — that they must affirmatively check before SMS is enabled on their account. Checking the box records a consent timestamp and IP address. SMS consent is never bundled into the Independent Contractor Agreement or any other contract.
Replica — the SMS opt-in shown on first sign-in
Opting in is optional. A contractor may decline and continue working on email-only coordination; declining does not affect their contractor relationship with Enticing Entertainment. Active contractors who have not opted in do not receive SMS from this number.
Types of Messages You May Receive
- New gig offer notifications
- Time-sensitive offer reminders (e.g., your offer is expiring soon)
- Event schedule changes (call time, venue, position)
- Pre-event action reminders (costume fitting, compliance forms, equipment training, costume pickup)
- Day-of event coordination (safety brief reminders, check-in prompts)
- Payment processed confirmations
Most operational messages include a tap-to-view link to https://crew.enticingentertainment.com where the full event, offer, or task details are displayed inside your authenticated session.
Message Frequency
Frequency varies based on your active engagements. A typical active week includes approximately 5 to 30 operational messages across gig offers, reminders, and day-of coordination. Inactive weeks may have zero messages. We do not send promotional or marketing content from this number.
Message and Data Rates
Msg & data rates may apply. Standard carrier message and data rates apply per your mobile carrier’s plan. Enticing Entertainment, LLC does not charge for these messages, but your carrier may.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from these messages. Other accepted opt-out keywords: UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT. After you reply with one of these keywords, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent from this number.
Note: opting out of SMS does not affect your contractor relationship with Enticing Entertainment but will require us to coordinate gig offers and event details with you through alternative channels (email, phone, or in person), which may delay your visibility into time-sensitive opportunities.

Privacy — Mobile Data Sharing
Enticing Entertainment, LLC does not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, or message content with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to operate the EE Crew/Staff Mobile App and to coordinate the contractor services described above.
Mobile information may be shared only with the following limited categories of service providers, and only as necessary to operate this service: (a) our SMS delivery provider (Twilio, Inc.) which transmits messages on our behalf; (b) our hosting and infrastructure providers; (c) law enforcement or regulatory bodies if compelled by valid legal process. None of these providers may use your mobile information for their own marketing.

Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on the recipient’s carrier network and device, and Enticing Entertainment, LLC cannot guarantee delivery of any individual message. For time-sensitive matters, we maintain backup channels (email and direct phone contact).

We may update this SMS Consent & Communications Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law.
